These terms govern your use of blushene.com and any order you place with Blushene. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot reasonably fulfil, or where stock, pricing, or payment cannot be verified, and we will refund any amount already paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. We accept cards, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa through our secure payment gateway, along with cash on delivery and bank transfer where offered. Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed; cash on delivery orders are confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan, typically within two to five working days. Timelines are estimates and may vary with the courier and your location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photography, scent descriptions, and the Blushene name and marks, belongs to Blushene and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
Liability and law
